With over 25 years of management experience, Mr. Brian Fox is an advisor and consultant

served at companies such as Prepaid Nation, and held various executive positions within
Western Union Canada, such as Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing, Field
Marketing and Director of Business Development for over 12 years. Mr. Fox holds a
Degree in Business and Marketing from the Ivy School of Business of the University of
Western Ontario, in addition to a degree in Engineering.
Mr. Fox will provide ongoing counsel for Newt’s strategic direction and will be an
indispensable resource to the Newt’s leadership team, to provide the best solutions to drive
customer engagement and revenue growth.
